Very random.Begins with John Lennon reading a news in paper of a well known person crashing the car for not seeing the lights....and suddenly in middle Paul McCartney singing about how he started his day,getting ready,combing hair,smoking before leaving..... Walking down the streets,I at times,wonder ....looking at passersby..... What has been The Day of Life....for them today?????? The Day of Life for me as Anaesthesiologist is always different. Emmergencies coming randomly. At times my mornings are lazy....while some day goes so hectic that no space to even sit for a leisure chat with my husband over tea. The Day of Life for the watchman sitting in the apartment the whole day .... The Day of Life for my househelp who has young kids to be sent to school ,a husband doing chores for people and an ailing mother to be cared. The Day of Life for the senior citizen sitting early morning till late evening on her chair in the balc...

 Treatment vs Healing How do you divulge and discuss the Disease? A dilemma all Doctors have when they have to share a fearsome life threatening or debilitating diagnosis ,prognosis , complication ,morbidity and worst mortality to person in front. Today, person seeking our consultation already has gathered some and most times inadequate and misguided information through Artificial intelligence.  Dilemma now in current medical practice is.... How to divulge  How much to divulge????? A detailed expression of all information about the diagnosis, treatment, prognosis, complications, morbidity and mortality percentage,survival rate related to underlying diagnosis or A diplomatic expression of sharing some and leaving back some to later stage. My experience on this ..... Pre Artificial intelligence era ( Feel so vintage using this line)....I would first make my patient assure....
