Exam fever

 Exam Days in B block Girls hostel. 

The most entertaining period for me as I loved watching people and surrounding in Girls Hostel  

The 1 month Preparations leave especially in Final year is "mostest" entertaining. 

Why.....

7 subjects to study at a stretch. Long period of Exam which had Paper 1 and 2 of each subject. 

Viva voce another Long and strenuous...mentally and physically. 

Final MBBS- had questions, even long 20marks from 1st year Anatomy or Physiology too.so one had to be thoroughly prepared with entire 4 and half years....all subjects. QUITE A TASK.

FULL ON PRESSURE. 

Each girl had her own style of studying, schedule of studying. 

Some staying awake whole night. So these ones had aroma of Coffee, Maggi stimulating  the bhukkad me to get up from deep slumber. 

There were ones who would suddenly start loud music anytime of day. Then depending upon the mood swings of Girls that moment....

Either an impromptu Flash Dance would start in the quandrangle or......

A Billi Fight ( Cat Fight).....

Both very entertaining. 

Especially the Billi Fight between Delhi and Mumbai Girls. Ah choicest of words in Haryanvi Hindi and Aamchi Mumbai Hindi. 

From Tere Maaki to Tujhya Aayla........

The Phone at the enterance was another point. 

Most were " Mummy/ Papa.....main toh Fail hone wali hoon....sirf Bhagwan hi bacha sakte hain......."FULL ON MELODRAMA .even Nirupa Roy, Meera Kumari  would be surpassed. 

Group study sessions would be seen more as Gossip sessions with endless cups of tea. 

Suddenly some girl would  notice Ghost in the corridors.....rumor would spread. And we all would get even more jittery. 

As exams start especially theory ......the hostel scenario would become even more tensed ( Read Entertaining) as everyone would full on fire ( read Emotional and Physical outbursts 🫣)

The best part is the Senior and Junior non exam going batches bringing food, helping with studies and calming the situation. 

Obviously I never pray to relive that period as I don't want to study 7 subjects again 😅 

But we B block Girls ( even the Bitter Cats) got together after 25 yrs in that Quandrangle and reminisced those days.
