 This used to be my playground..... This used to be the place I ran to.... Whenever I needed a Friend.... School days are the best days....Friends made there remain lifelong..... As School is the longest period we are together if we have been since 3yrs of age in Nursery till High school....maybe almost a decade or so.Growing up together and facing infancy to puberty.  The friends made in school and college are more close as they accept us as a person as we are....not as XYZ professional.  After education, all of us due to professional and family commitments drift apart. But, here, I must thank WhatsApp and Facebook to bring us together if not physically but virtual media....yes. Zoom meetings gave a new meaning to Reunions. Few years later some of us do make efforts meeting each other on that same playground.....walking across the same corridors of school or college. Sitting on those wooden benches.Looking to the now empty blackboard and Bulletin boards. Reminiscing thos...

 Midlife ,by definition, is age between 40-50 years of age. In life,we get pulled in all directions- responsibilities of home and Relationships, professional commitments, health issues of our own and dear ones,Aged parents....etc etc. By the time,we reach midlife....Whole process becomes a Rat Race......ever running on a treadmill trying to compromise, play truce and ever working hard reaching deadlines. In due course,life reaches a PLATEAU as we surrender ourselves totally hands down to all challenges life throws at us.Monotony,Frustration and Dejection....... State of Hibernation.....Stage of Inertia.  At this juncture of life.......if we want to be relevant........Change or Momentum in life...... "PIVOTING " is the Mantra.  Change must be constant.Stay relevant to grow in your life. PIVOTING in Midlife.....is not easy....but not difficult also .Life is conflicting.Accepting the challenges,managing the lapses of time and most importantly Patience with ourselves....... H...

 Past few days,Social media is flooded with news of assault on a Surgery 1st yr Resident in Govt medical college,Yavatmal in Maharashtra.The young Doctor was stabbed unscrupulously by a patient from behind during morning rounds. This news took me Deja Vu back to 2003. One afternoon I get a call from my Mumbai Doctor friend" Tripti,Dr VVJayakar is no more". Dr VVJayakar was a renowned Physician in Mumbai He got extremely critical patients all over Maharaj for consultation.  Likewise,a young boy was brought from interiors of Maharashtra by his brother for consultation. This boy was brought in such a critical condition that Dr Jayakar and his team explained everything to the relatives prior to admission  Despite if rigorous treatment the boy unfortunately succumbed to his illness.The team put all efforts to reason with the enraged Brother of the patient .But nothing calmed him. In a fit if anger,he ordered Amateur Supari or Conteact killers who shot Dr VV Jayaker into his ch...
