Words put together to form a Conversation.
The Conversation which Communicates our thoughts.
The way we Communicate the conversation....
Conveys Emotions.

Man is an Emotional being.
Our Thinking Brain is full of Thoughts and Emotions which differentiates Humans from other Mammals.

Co Habitatation-
Society brings us Humans to cohabitation.
As we have to stay together, it's Communication, Conversation and Conveyance of Thoughts playing a major role .

Yesterday, I was explaining to one patient about Fasting prior to Surgery. NIL BY MOUTH in medical parlance.
But due to language barrier,conversation was restricted resulting to poor communication and Conveyance of importance of Fasting prior Surgery for Anaesthesia couldn't be explained.
This resulted in Patient drinking a glass of water just minutes before entering Operation Theatre.
This caused inconvenience to all of us due to postponing of the procedure.

In a field like Medicine, Hospitality, Law and Legal enforcement, Entertainment etc where 3Cs play a major role,
In Workplace,where many people of different diaspora cohabitat under one roof,
In Global Platform, Universities,Colonies, which house different mindsets and mentalities.....
Even in a small household, where different generations reside together.....
Communication, Conversation, Conveyance....
3Cs play crucial role in maintaining decorum, discipline and tranquility of the System.

Importance of 3Cs in our life-
Apart from Workplace, these 3Cs play important role in interpersonal relationships.
Words are needed for the 3Cs.But the way we express them projects our personality and attitude.
Ego clashes result if 3Cs are expressed with Aggression.

Assertion and Authority-
3Cs play crucial role to show Dominance.
Aggression is a Basic Human Trait.
Add to this Basic Instinct,add some Power,Position, Status,Knowledge ......
3Cs will project Arrogance....instead of Humility.....
The Language of Authority instigates Defiance from the opposite end .
Had the British Empire watched their 3Cs,in 1942....
Loyal Indians would never have turned Defiant....and Civil Disobedience would never have triggered Quit India Movement which led to Independence of our Country on 15th August ,1947.

Digitalisation and 3Cs-
Digitalisation has taken over our power of Communication, Conversation and Conveyance.
AI has crippled our vocabulary and expression.
Today,we depend completely on AI to simply even say " Hello" to each other in words.Emojis are sent to express feelings and emotions.

Co Habitation with our System-
We are spending majority of our life together with our Mobile phone and Laptop.
Parents are more on System....and so are their children.
We are in Co Habitation more with Digital media than with Other Human Beings.
We are searching for Emotional support and Companionship more in Virtual world than Reality.
A Virtual Medium which doesn't question us,accepts all our commands and reacts as we expect in response.
This is hindering interpersonal relationships with our near and dear ones-
Spouse,Kids,Parents, Siblings, Friends, Colleagues.

The Disproportionate Disparity between Expectations and Reality is due to insynchrony of 3Cs.
How do we bring Synchronization of 3Cs in order to bring Harmony in our " Real " Life????

Teach and Learn the importance and Art of 3Cs.
Words and Vocabulary are important.
But the way we Converse to Communicate and Method we Convey to express is even more important.....
For Co Habitation.
A simple word" Why?"....
Can be expressed in anger....and at same time out of concern and love too.
Difference is in Tone and Body language.

If we understand this,.....
Arrogance gets transformed into Humility.
Aggression gets softened to Concern.
Authority is conveyed better as Dominance takes back seat .
Loyalty rules over Defiance.

When you lose Health

 When you lose your health...... I was referred a 70yr man suffering from severe pain. A CA Lung with metastasis. He was a very successful, famous Advocate.A Robust and Dynamic personality yesterday.  But that Cancer had made him weak and vulnerable.  He had become a frail shadow..... Another patient with Parkinson 's disease regularly visits for pain relief . A retired Chairman of a Conglomerate.  Both these people have been Dynamic personalities looked up on by everyone.
