No space for Hatred in my Heart.

 My Heart has no space for " HATRED".



Life is a journey.
People we meet in course of this journey are Travellers.
Some begin the journey with us from the beginning.
Some come later.
Some stay with us till the end while some leave us in between.
Some are ever in transit....coming and going.
Some give us joy .Some leave behind a wonderful memory cherished forever.

But,some knowingly and at times unknowingly hurt us so much that a feeling of " HATRED" persists forever.

We do forgive them.
But Forgetting is never possible.

Every time,when alone.....
Or a mention.....
Or a random conversation or a passing thought.....
Triggers the Anger within.....

Hatred......

A poison which stays within us forever.
As we age,....
One realises the intensity of this strong feeling which overpowers even Love.

Hatred is that anger which we feel  is being expressed upon that person who hurt us or betrayed us or wronged us.

We feel Hatred is the best Revenge we inflict upon that person.

But in reality,....
Who is the real sufferer?

The person who hurt you has already left you long back.
But the memory and negativity have made a permanent home in your heart.
Your Brain may have forgotten long ago.
But your heart gets pained each time ,remembering them.

Hatred is that curved sword when directed to the person who hurt you.....actually is piercing you within instead....

Hatred is that corrosive acid which destroys the vessel it is in.
I learnt this in due course of life.

The memory chip in my Mind has data of only wonderful fond people and beautiful incidences.They bring only joy and happiness every time I remember them.Cherished Forever.
And.....
My Heart has no space for HATRED......anymore.

When you lose Health

 When you lose your health...... I was referred a 70yr man suffering from severe pain. A CA Lung with metastasis. He was a very successful, famous Advocate.A Robust and Dynamic personality yesterday.  But that Cancer had made him weak and vulnerable.  He had become a frail shadow..... Another patient with Parkinson 's disease regularly visits for pain relief . A retired Chairman of a Conglomerate.  Both these people have been Dynamic personalities looked up on by everyone.
