Do you need to Roar????

 Is it needed to ROAR?


In Animal Kingdom,the Lion is King of Jungle.

Why?


Neither is it huge like Elephant. ..nor Tall as Giraffe.....nor agile like Cheetah.

But.....it has a Loud ROAR.

Loudest .Echoes ,vibrates the entire jungle.

To dominate the whole Jungle.


As a baby,the cry when gets shrill and louder,does it grab attention of mother when she is in the kitchen doing her daily chores.


As a child,parents relent to demands if child throws tantrums,yells,and creates a scene in front of everyone around.

In school and colleges,the bully gets everyone to listen to him/ her,by being the loudest and strongest in the class.


In workplace,the person who yells,abuses,throws things around,demands more respect and obedience from others.


In a crowded junction, the person who opens a brawl ,raises voice, enters a heated argument, gets away even if he/ she is wrong and at fault.


Do all above situations project that one needs to ROAR.....

And that too Loudest ....

To be the King of Jungle?????


Is Roar symbol of Strength and Power?


People protest against injustice. 

But only when the protest grows louder and turns violent, does it grab attention of every one.The protesting people "s demands get heard.It becomes headlines in news and print media.


Does this signify.....Silence is sign of weakness.




When 2 people are having conflict opinions ,does it need to be loud and aggressive to prove right and show dominance?

If the other person to control the situation and conflict,remains silent,does it show his/ her weakness and defeat?


Mahatma Gandhiji lead a Non Violence Satyagraha- Freedom Struggle against British Rule. 

Civil Disobedience but silent and nonviolent way of Protest against the atrocious British Raj in 1942 all over country.

Many Satyagrahis lost their lives,millions imprisoned.The British tried every thing to retain their control over India.


In 1947,British were forced to leave India.


On 15th August, 2026,India celebrated 80yrs of Independence from British Rule. 


The country showed to the whole world,that Non Violence is the only way to get your voice heard all over.


The recent Ongoing wars- Gaza war,Russia- Ukraine war,Middle East war- is full of missiles,drones,bombings.Millions of innocent lives lost.Entire civilization gets affected.So many countries lose their economy due to these endless Wars.

No peace ...no solutions.....only loud noise all over.


Diplomacy doesn't need loud roars.

Loud roars never find solutions. 

They only grab attention. 


Conflicts can never be resolved by loud noises.


Be Firm but remain Silent.


Silence is strength not weakness. 


Learn this Golden Truth....and teach your child the virtue of being silent.

Power of Inner Strength

  Inner Strength Dr Tripti Milind Galgali Anaesthesiologist, Hubli. A 75yr lady was referred for pain and Palliative care to me. A sudden weakness episode got her investigated. She was diagnosed terminal stage of Cancer due to metastasis every where. " You have few months to live". Hearing this,a physically active lady yesterday, suddenly got bedridden.   In the " REAL" World. I had been to a condolence meeting of a Senior Doctor. So many people had gathered there to pay their last respects. It was overwhelming to see that the Senior Doctor had touched so many lives....and that day was the proof of his Good Work throughout his life. I went to offer condolences to his son...."
