 Are you wearing Stiletto????


A Woman us actually liberated the day she chooses Flat Shoes over her Stilettos.

Advertisement yesterday in view of Women 's Day on March 8 by a Famous Shoe company known for its comfy Flat shoes for women.

Actually, this sentence is a Metaphor.

A Girl since her young days is taught by elders - her grandmother, mother,sister-
The women teaching another person who will be a Woman tomorrow.
A stereotypical protocol - on how to behave,sit,stand,walk,talk,make choices in life,react to situations,dress up,learn skills-
The entire protocol " Trains" the girl to become a Woman tomorrow so that she fits herself in a Stereotypical Patriachal society.
A woman who does things,makes choices,sustains pressures,bears all brunts.....
Overlooking her personal likes,dislikes,comfort,pain,anger,emotions, happiness,Aspirations, Desires.......
And accommodates others,adjusts for others preferences, prioritizes others comforts,respects others desires and aspirations ........
Even if it hurts and pains...
Even if it causes discomfort and stress....
Even if it stiffles and fatigues her.....
Are you not then wearing Stilettos???? Throughout your life.......

Stilettos which hurt and pain if worn for long.....cause discomfort and stress.

Tomorrow we are celebrating World Women 's Day.

Why don't we slip into much comfortable shoes for ourselves?
Why don't we teach our girls to choose a comfortable life choices?

A life which prioritizes herself.....her desires.....her likes....her dislikes.....her ambitions......

Chuck those Stilettos and Protocols which stifle and suffocate her.

Set her free....allow her to breathe and live a life for herself, and on her own terms.

Liberate her from boundaries and restrictions......

For that you as Woman need to chuck those Stilettos and that Mindset.
Teach others too to accept you in your Flat comfortable shoes.

Perils of Nuclear Family

  The Perils of Nuclear Family. A young newly married girl ,23-24 yrs of age came into Casualty with severe bleeding and abdominal pain. We recorded a very low Blood pressure and she looked very pale.Ultrasound revealed Ectopic pregnancy with expelling products and blood in Pouch of Douglas.She required immediate Surgery and Blood transfusion. But she had no accompanying person with her.The kind neighbor who brought her to Hospital went back to her work. The patient 's husband was outstation for a day due to job.She and her husband were alone here and their families were in Bihar. Nowadays, we don't do even Emmergency procedures without attender accompanying patient. Mr X ,a 75 yr old man,was brought into Casualty in unconscious state by kind neighbors.
