 Behind every working woman ...

Behind every successful man is a woman....who stays at home and takes care of the home and kids.

But if this woman too has to leave home for work?????

In yesteryear, very few women ventured out for work.

Today,many women come out of the four walls of their homes....to work.

Some women are sole earning members of their family....

Some are equal earning members along with the males in the family.....

While some work for professional satisfaction. 

Yesteryear was era of joint family.Burden of child care and household chores would get divided and somebody would stay back at home to handle these responsibilities. 

Today,is the era of nuclear families. 

Smaller families where both Male and Female leave their homes to work outside. 

Then who takes the responsibilities of child care and household chores????

In India ,unlike western world where both man and woman of the house equally share responsibilities of child care and household chores.....the onus here falls entirely on the woman.

How can a Woman meet her professional demands outside and her family needs and chores responsibilities ????

Behind every affluent Successful Professional working woman .....there stands strong another working woman.

This another woman leaves her own small kid and her household responsibilities under somebody's care and comes to take responsibility of another woman 's kid and home.

The even intriguing fact is.....if her small kid falls and gets hurt.....she leaves that and runs to reach her work place on time....to take care of other person 's kid.

I have been a freelance private Anaesthesiologist who is always on call for Emmergencies any time of the day.

I could perform my professional duties stress-free.....because I was supported by many househelpers and caretakers who took care of my little ones with utmost love and managed my house with sincerity. 

Even today, when my kids are all grown up ,my house is well taken care of by my efficient househelpers.

Today is World Women's day. 

Every body is celebrating the power of Women- Nurturing, Caring and even Working....

Social media is flooded with messages,reels,films, Gifs etc etc applauding a Woman ,her Empowerment today.

But that Woman who is the backbone of another Successful woman ....is absolutely clueless about this day.

Nobody appreciates her,or acknowledges her presence and efforts.....nor felicitates her on any platform.....

Nor does she herself is aware nor acknowledges her contributions to the society.

Today, I want to express my heartfelt gratitude to all those women who selflessly and sincerely took care of my kids,and my home....so that I was able to give my best in my professional career.

Dear Friends, do take this opportunity to thank your helpers.

Agreed they get paid for their work.

But they relentlessly work for us ,many a times neglecting their own self ,their family and their homes.

Behind every happy working woman is .....
