Competition for relevance
Who is more relevant????
December was wedding season. So many weddings in just a fortnight.I got to meet so many relatives, Acquaintances, friends and their friends.
Newly weds, new mothers in law,new daughters in law,new mothers, teens,Youths just secured jobs.....umpteen people.
Lots of talks,loads of discussions.....
Common thread of quibble was each one felt his / her work, contribution or position more relevant .and each one felt being exploited.
Whether a newly joined recruit...
A new bride ....
A new mother in law....
A newly married couple...
A mother of teens...
Any parent and kid....
Any couple...
Any employer and employee.....
Every one ......
If each one felt self more relevant than the rest......
Then.....exactly who is more relevant????
The man or the woman in a relationship....
Mother in law or Daughter in law.....
Employer or Employee....
Parent or Teen child.....
Whose struggle is difficult?
Whose contribution important?
Whose journey more relevant?????
I was told a story.....
A seed was sown into soil.
Seed struggles a lot to germinate and grow into a shoot.
The shoot struggles to come outside the soil and bears wind,sun,rain....harsh weathers and grows into a plant.
The plant further grows to bear Fruut and beautiful Flower.
People loved the Fruit and Enjoyed the Fruit.
But nobody saw the struggles of the entire journey from seed to plant.
After a few days, the Fruit and Flower withered and got mixed with the soil
Similarly, dear Friends,
In journey of Life, every stage, each person is important.
Every one has to face challenges.and Bear Hardships.
Life is full of difficulties for every one at every stage.
Every one's life, presence, and struggles is relevant.
Every person is relevant in any relationship.
However, people don't appreciate or they tend to overlook our struggles.
Only thing that gets highlighted or applauded is the end product of our hardships.
Always remember, whatever maybe our position, status, and identity.....in the end we all end up into the same soil....
Every body is relevant equally.
Every struggle is relevant.
Every one's struggle is relevant.
Each one is valuable.
Each one's struggles and contributions are valuable.
Each person, every phase and every journey is important.
Respect each other.
Patience and empathy.
All end up in same way.
