My Cup of Coffee

 My Cup of Coffee.


I love drinking Coffee.

As a student, I would boil water,add instant coffee to it.Voila ! my coffee was ready.

As I grew up, I learnt to prepare the decoction using the already prepared Coffee Bean powder.

A bit time consuming, but the coffee tasted better.

Then,I purchased a coffee maker,which crushed the coffee beans and then prepared the decoction. 

Time consuming and tedious.

But.....

My coffee.....aromatic and ultimate taste.Enriching and Everlasting. 


Life is so similar to my 

CUP OF COFFEE.

Instant Coffee is similar to short term gains.

Whether in life, education or career.

As a student, today,our main priority is to score great rank,crack enterances and secure a seat.

Here ,knowledge takes back seat.

Without in depth knowledge of a subject,innovative ideas and create minds don't get flourished. 

A very narrow and shallow approach to education only guarantees a rank.....

But sustainability of the knowledge in future is questioned. 

Post Covid when life is becoming unpredictable, youth is following YOLO- You only live once.

Short term projects.

Short term efforts.

A handful Bucket Lists.

These guarantee pleasures. 

But we all know Pleasures are Short lived.

Happiness needs Long Term Efforts with dedication and sincerity. 

Sacrifices and Adjustments.

Sustainability in life is a Long Term Project. 

Finance in Life too is similar. 

Any scheme which assures instant appreciation....is Short lived and comes with great Market risk mentioned at the end in small letter or incomprehensible audio.

Long Term Financial Benefits are never advertised .They look boring and less lucrative ( I stress on this word).

Sustainability of our Finances fir Future Life is not guaranteed by Short term gains....but by Long 

Term investments which reap Dividends when we have retired from active professional life.


Similar my CUP OF COFFEE is Politics and Economical Growth of a Nation .

Freebies guarantee instant votes to win elections. 

But Freebies don't sustain the economy of a country.

In Democracy ,if Elections are concentrating more on Poverty and distribution of poverty in public....

If socio- economic development seeks Freebies for its rising inflation.....

Then Sustainability of the Nation gets questioned. 

We are seeing the Western world collapse today.

Short term gains makes the society concentrate more on materialistic pleasures.

And Pleasures,like I mentioned before ,are Short lived.

For a Sustained strong Economy of a Country,one needs to focus on Long Term Innovations and Investments.....not distribution of Free Bus passes and Food Coupons....Reservations and Quotas.

 When you lose your health...... I was referred a 70yr man suffering from severe pain. A CA Lung with metastasis. He was a very successful, famous Advocate.A Robust and Dynamic personality yesterday.  But that Cancer had made him weak and vulnerable.  He had become a frail shadow.....
