 Sincerity and Dedication.


When I was in school,my teachers would teach me to improvise till perfection. Whenever I would deliver perfection, my teachers would get emotional.
When I reached college, my teachers would only advise " Just being intelligent is not enough.Your work should justify the sincerity and dedication towards the subject."
When I was pursuing Post graduation in Anaesthesia which was going to be my profession lifelong,my Professors said" Knowledge  of the Subject and Passion of the Field is not enough.Sincere,Dedicated  Hard work will help you be successful."

Wise Words of Wisdom .
Initially taught by Parents at home and then Gurus in school.

My both parents have been highly educated and very hard working. Dedication and Sincerity towards their Professional careers.

When I started my Anaesthesia private practice and entered the rat race where Commercial viability reigned supreme mor than Knowledge, Skills,Passion,.....
Reality of Practices in Professional life hits hard.
Sincerity towards Profession got manipulated by Opportunistic people.
Dedication barely got rewarded.
Knowledge and Skills were overlooked.
That's harsh fact which every Young Practitioner has to face and endure.
Midway,you are left confused and start questioning the " Words of Wisdom " imparted to you.
Am I reading it all wrong?

My Ajji taught me Bhagwad Geeta.
The Right Path is followed by few.
The path which is wrong doesn't justify right even if everyone is following it.

In the long course of travel, only the right path reaches you to your right destination.

In life,few battles may get lost against deceit and cheating by Opportunistic manipulation.
But in the long journey of life, those lost battles and missed opportunities can be counted on fingers.


For a sustainable Long lasting Success,Growth and Satisfaction in Life,What takes you till the end is...Those Words of Wisdom.....
Sincerity, Dedication and Hard Work.

Dear  Children and Youth,
There is no shortcut to Success in anything in life.
Deception and Cheating may win you some exams but they will not take you far.
If you want to be Successful which will stay with you forever and Recognition in future.....
Words of Wisdom imparted by the Elders.....
Sincerity and Dedication....
Remain the pillars forever. And for generations.

When you lose Health

 When you lose your health...... I was referred a 70yr man suffering from severe pain. A CA Lung with metastasis. He was a very successful, famous Advocate.A Robust and Dynamic personality yesterday.  But that Cancer had made him weak and vulnerable.  He had become a frail shadow..... Another patient with Parkinson 's disease regularly visits for pain relief . A retired Chairman of a Conglomerate.  Both these people have been Dynamic personalities looked up on by everyone. They inspired youth by their enormous work and attitude.  Today,though the Brain is very strong..... The Body became weak and debilitating.  They get emotional " Why me,Doctor?"
