Passion towards anything and anyone .

It needs to be so strong,that it drives a person to work with Dedication to achieve one's goals. 

Results for our hard work are much better if we are passionate about the work.

If the same work is given status of Chore.....then it is just completed as routine. Dull ,Drab....no enthusiasm...zero energy.

Results become Mediocre.

Passion drives person towards Perfection. While Chore attitude leads to Mediocrity. 

My Ajji always told me when I was in school....

Whatever you do....studies,preparing for any complications,....even simple cooking a Dish,....or mopping floors.....

Always view that " Work" with Passion. 

Only then will you put efforts with dedication and sincerity. That will motivate and drive you to Perfection. 

But if you view it as just another daily " Chore",you will never give your 💯. 

Dear Students,

Develop Passion for your subjects . Don't view the subject just to score marks in the exams.

Develop Passion for your Professional career. 

Not choose a career just on basis of renumeration. 

Passion motivates Dedication and sincerity. 

Passion drives you to work hard without tiring.

If you find Passion in your work,you will find your work exciting and the long hours of work will neither tire you nor stress you physically and mentally. 

The results of Passionate work is Perfection.

Perfection brings accolades and Success.

If you don't have Passion towards your work....the path towards your goals seem long and treading. 

The journey without Passion drains you with burden of stress.

Stress is toxic.

Passion is the foundation for Success.

Passion leads you towards Dedication and Focus on goals.

Burnout never happens if you are passionate about your aims.

Please don't randomly follow the herd.

Choose your Passion. 

Dear Parents, 

Help your child to find his/ her Passion. Don't force or thrust your dreams on the child Don't force the child to follow the herd and unmindfully enter the ratrace without Passion. 

There is growing percentage of Depression, Stress,Anxiety issues in Youth.

When the youth is forced to enter ratrace against their Passion, they don't enjoy nor are they enthusiastic about what they do .

The whole effort seems a Stressful Chore or Routine. 

Innovative Ideas and Out of Box Ideas,which shape the Future Society and bring Development happen only if the mind is enthusiastic and energetic. 

Passion and Dedication is needed today if we want " India Shining" ,"Youth Shining" and " Make in India" successful.
