Teacher is form of God,The most supreme, The most Divine,The whole Universe bows down to The Teacher.

Teacher is the person who not only imparts knowledge,teaches skills but also Mentors student to be a better person.

Teaching is An Art.

Not all Teachers are good at it.

The " GOOD TEACHER " is fondly remembered by all students....not only the intelligent, front benchers,toppers who bring accolades to the Teacher...
But also the back benchers, disinterested,weak students.

The Teacher and The Art....

1)The Topper's Teacher.
Teacher knows the right way to score the marks.This Teacher is aggressive and motivating.
This Teacher chooses the bright students.....Similar to that Jeweller who can identify the real Costliest Diamond amongst the stones.
This Teacher teaches and trains the subjects so well that the selected students perform even more than their own expectations and much better than their capacity.

Today's coaching centres and some well known Teachers do this Art of Teaching.

The movie "Super 30 " shows Hrithik Roshan choose the most intelligent students from under privileged backgrounds, trains them,teaches them to Crack IIT.

2) THE FLAMBOYANT TEACHER.
Some Teachers have the personality, attitude and panache.This attracts many students get interested in their class and their subject.
Even the disinterested student gets drawn to attend their class.
Even the most boring and Strenuous subject and stretched out topics are made entertaining and interesting.
In my school days,our Geography teacher taught the most boring topics in a way that we all students eagerly waited for her class....as she would come with a Big Globe and picture chart to make Even the Dry Deserts come alive.

3) THE RESILIENT TEACHER.
Some Teachers have lot of patience.
They break the topics and subject down to the core basics.
They are so Resilient to impart knowledge....that even the weakest child understands subject to make it to the minimum passing marks.
This Teacher never rebukes a student for not understanding Even the easiest and simplest problem in Maths.

Some Mathematics Teachers belong to this group

The break the Maths problem down to the basics and are able to make Even the most weakest student understand the concept.
In MBBS, we had some Teachers who knew how to make Even the most Resilient student understand the subject. During vivavoce,they had the Art ,patience and Resiliently would actually extract the right Diagnosis and Treatment of a Disease from the Student.

Some teachers are very strict and authoritative.

Some Teachers are friendly and easygoing.
They give freedom to the students to express the thoughts.

Some Teachers choose bright students and polish them to perform better and top the exams.

Some Teachers as a challenge, take the weakest student and train the student to clear the exams .

Both these Teachers are much sought after both students and Parents.

Most Teachers are exam oriented.

Only handful teach the student to love the subject with passion.
Very few are interested in Imparting knowledge.
Most teach to score high marks and get higher ranks in competitive exams.

I was fortunate to ever have teacher teach the subject and topic with compassion.
Even History and Geography subjects were made interesting.
No person has become big on his own.
Always a Teacher has been the guiding force behind.
