A Woman is The Bearer.

Earth here is reference to land or Real Estate.

The Woman when she becomes a Mother,her first priority becomes Nurturing.

The Woman may play many important roles in her life.

But Nurturing is always on her top most priority list,especially if she is career Woman.

Once,Motherhood is attained,majority professional women,either quit or reduce their professional work to devote more time in nurturing. 

I am not advocating nor provoking nor belittling the Crucial and most important aspect of Nurturing and Caring Responsibility prioritized by a Professional Woman.....nor disrespecting the woman who opts to be a Homemaker.

I have always felt the need of Financial Independence in all women....any Woman infact.

I was having a conversation with the Bank Manager.

What is most important to value a person's as an individual....Her Net Worth?????

As ladies,we love the Yellow Metal.

We invest our money on the Bullion Market.

" Stree Dhan".

I was taught since childhood, Gold is best investment. You can wear it throughout your life.You can hand over to the next generation as inheritance.Bullion market never falls. 

You can always use the Gold in crisis.

Then,for a lady who priorities is more towards nurturing and Caring, a safer investment is Low risk Financial assets- Fixed deposits, Recurrent deposits,Life insurance money back policies.

The more Finance inclined women ....a handful,actually, make time to read and understand the Bull Market and invest in stocks and shares.

Very Very few have the money or are interested in.....Real Estate.

Dharini-....means Earth.

Dharini ....means The Bearer.

The Dharini ( Bearer) doesn't realise the true value of The Dharini....the piece of land...the Real Estate.

India in most parts is Patriarchal. 

Majority homes have the Real Estate inherited by the sons.

The Financial dominance in most households is held by the Man as in Majority households the Man takes the Financial responsibility. 

The Woman takes the responsibility of Nurturing and Caring. 

This division of responsibility since ages has helped build stable relationships, marriages and a Stable balanced Society. 

But,.....

When we evaluate Financial Value of an Individual....irrespective of gender.....

The Real Estate decides the Value.

The Land in your name is that asset....which is most important to value you.

Real Estate in your name holds more value ,dear Ladies....in the Financial World....more than your Bullions and lowrisk Financial assets....and your other liquidity assets.

I used to ever wonder....why the fight over land.....right from Mahabharata days ....

The Kurukshetra war which went long and lost so many lives.....was over Land...and Power. 

Land is most powerful asset....and daily we read families ,friends fighting and even killing over land disputes.

I just want to highlight the importance of Real estate investment as a Financial asset amongst all Ladies reading my blog whether you are a working woman or a homemaker.
